Lawrence Quirk studied architecture at the Catholic University in Washington, D.C. from 1974-1978 and received a Bachelor’s of Science in architecture in 1978.
Beginning in August of 1978, Lawrence accepted a position with Mack Construction (now Mack-Cali) as an architectural drafts person.
In January of 1985, Lawrence earned his license to practice architecture in the state of New Jersey. After receiving his license, he began to freelance while continuing on as an employee of Mack Construction.
Lawrence left Mack Construction in 1996 to start his own design firm, Quirk Architects, which specializes in both commercial, residential and interior projects. The office is staffed with four AutoCAD operators and he owns 100% of the design effort.
As an architectural firm Quirk Architects strives to meet the needs of their clients and design creative, functional spaces with exteriors that project smart and classic lines.
